Charlotte Hornets Face Injury Woes Ahead of Matchup Against Toronto Raptors

In the final quarter of Friday’s matchup in Philadelphia, the Charlotte Hornets encountered setbacks as two of their starting players suffered ankle injuries. Seth Curry, in his debut game with the Hornets, had to be helped off the court and into the tunnel due to his injury.

Shortly after, Cody Martin left the game on his own accord after a clumsy fall beneath the basket. Both Curry and Martin did not return to the game and are confirmed to be unavailable for Sunday evening’s game against the Toronto Raptors.

They will be joining LaMelo Ball and Mark Williams, who are also sidelined due to ankle and back injuries respectively. There’s a possibility that rookie guard/forward Brandon Miller, who missed Friday’s game due to a back issue, may be able to play, as he is listed as probable. The Hornets and Raptors are scheduled to start their game at 6 p.m. EST.
