Leeds move for 28-year-old stalls as clubs disagree on…

A top player Targeted by Leeds boss Daniel Farke, may have fallen through the cracks.

Considering the turmoil the club faced at the beginning of the season, the German’s mission of moving the all-whites into one of the two promotion spots in the Championship is progressing nicely thus far.

Leicester City and Ipswich Town, who are currently atop the league, and Ipswich Town, who are in second place, attest to Farke’s formidable combination of youthful potential and seasoned campaigners.

If there is a problem for Farke at this stage of the season, it’s that in order to give the team the momentum it needs to press forward in the second half of the 2023–24 campaign, sales and purchases must be impeccable.

One player that Leeds was hoping to sign is Connor Roberts, a 28-year-old full-back for Burnley.

The deal has stalled for the time being, although it might yet close before the window closes.
