OFFICIAL: HUGO LLORIS Departs NORTH LONDON  FOR MLS AFTER 11 YEARS

French goalkeeper Hugo Lloris who spent 11 years with Tottenham Hotspur, has departed for Los Angeles FC in the MLS.

The France international is Spurs’ top 10 all-time appearance makers with 447 games.

Lloris, who established himself as Spurs’ first choice, took over as captain in 2015–16, leading the team to consecutive cup finals and Champions League qualification

Lloris became one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League and had a successful season, playing in 361 games and keeping 127 clean sheets, which was a record for any Spurs goalie.

He became the first player from Spurs to win the FIFA World Cup with France (2018). He aided Spurs to their first Champions League final the following season.

The French man departs a legend in his own rights and will bid his farewells to fans at Halftime in Tottenham’s game against AFC Bournemouth.

We at Goalsvibe wish him the very best going forward
