Paris Saint-Germain Going all out in January for Leeds Defender…

Paris Saint-Germain are trying to recruit Leeds United defender Pascal Struijk to the Parc des Princes ahead of the January transfer window. PSG rates the Whites’ skipper highly following his impressive stint so far at Elland Road.

Daniel Farke, the manager of Leeds, has started Struijk in 23 of the team’s 24 league games this year, demonstrating the player’s value to the group and the reason the club will probably want a hefty price should someone try to wrangle him away. Given the defender’s significance to the group and to Farke’s preferred style of play, Leeds must do every effort to keep him at Elland Road, if only until the end of the season, when their campaign for promotion will have been determined. He is still an essential component of that promotion effort for the time being, and Farke will not want to be without him.

He is the ideal defender at this level because of his immense strength in defense and composure in possession. But given PSG’s financial resources, Elland Road’s backroom staff might find it alluring to consider any offer. Leeds might gain a great deal from the potential revenue from his transfer, especially considering the financial strain associated with relegation.
