Will Bronny James Join His Dad LeBron at the Lakers?

LeBron James' son Bronny is eligible for the 2024 NBA draft and many think he could join his father at the Los Angeles Lakers

The wait is almost over for LeBron James’ son Bronny as the NBA draft is just around the corner. The 19-year-old college star is expected to be selected in the first round, with many speculating that he could end up playing alongside his father on the Los Angeles Lakers. Bronny’s first year of college basketball with the University of Southern California Trojans saw him average 4.8 points and 2.1 assists per game.

Despite being just 6ft 1in, Bronny is known for his defensive skills, which set him apart from his father LeBron, a towering 6ft 9in and one of the greatest scorers in NBA history. As the son of a four-time NBA champion and four-time MVP, Bronny has already gained a massive following on social media, with 7.7 million Instagram followers.

However, Bronny’s journey has not been without its challenges. Last year, he suffered a cardiac arrest during training and was only cleared to return to basketball in November after being diagnosed with a congenital heart defect. Despite these setbacks, Bronny’s talent and determination have kept him in the spotlight, making his NBA debut a highly anticipated event.

The NBA draft takes place on June 26-27, with many fans eagerly awaiting the moment when Bronny will find out where his basketball journey will take him next.
